they proactively read the orders!
I ordered the pulley because of some friction noise that I thought may have come from my moving the ergometer to another location. KayakFirst noticed my order and asked proactively if there was a problem with the pulley. Apparently some other customer had a similar problem. End of story: they sent me a replacement, and this for free! OK, my ergometer was 2 months old. So they turned my order into a warranty case - without me even asking! Yes, this is how you make customers happy :)

To get two pulleys, please, set 2 units in the quantity field.
Among the product images, you will find a video that shows how to grease the main pulleys. This video is also appropriate for the exchange of the main pulleys. The main pulley is a clutch bearing (or freewheel bearing), which turns freely in one direction and catches the axle in the other. Please be careful when you place it back to ensure the wheels turn in the same direction as they were before. Please check the turning direction arrow on the side of the wheel housing.
