• The proforma invoice generated by the webshop will be followed by the final invoice once the goods are shipped.
• Bank transfer: Please, transfer the amount of the proforma invoice sent by the webshop to the bank account number provided in the Proforma. You can pay in either Dollars or Euros. However, our base price is set to Dollars so we convert it to Euros based on the rate of the day you placed your order.
• Credit/debit card payment: You can pay both with credit and debit card, but that is only possible through our webshop. We use Stripe's payment gateway. Prices are set in Euro in our webshop, if your local currency is not Euro, you can see a close estimation of the price in your local currency. Please bear in mind that the prices shown in your local currency in the webshop are approximate amounts. The amount your bank will charge you in your local currency might differ due to your Bank’s exchange rate. You might also be charged by your bank for bank transfers or credit card payments.

• The assembly and other manuals are available on our website at a password protected page. We share this information with our customers on the final invoice.
• The ergometer is not waterproof, avoid moisture.
• The proximity to the sea and salty air causes rusting and speeds up the rusting process.
