• Duties and taxes: Non-EU customers see prices without duties and taxes as we cannot be aware of all countries' regulations. Please note this!
• BULL MAX is a stronger version for heavyweight male kayak & canoe athletes. If you choose the BULL MAX option, you will get an extra pair of main pulleys, which you must install in place of the original pulleys! Please, take this into consideration!
• Photos may contain some accessories that are available as extra!
• Heart rate monitoring or any connection with heart rate monitoring devices is not available yet, unfortunately.
• Collecting the goods personally is only possible at the factory in Szeged.
• The proforma invoice generated by the webshop will be followed by the final invoice once the goods are shipped.
• Bank transfer: Please, transfer the amount of the proforma invoice sent by the webshop to the bank account number provided in the Proforma. You can pay in either Dollars or Euros. However, our base price is set to Dollars so we convert it to Euros based on the rate of the day you placed your order.
• Credit/debit card payment: You can pay both with credit and debit card, but that is only possible through our webshop. We use Stripe's payment gateway. Prices are set in Euro in our webshop, if your local currency is not Euro, you can see a close estimation of the price in your local currency. Please bear in mind that the prices shown in your local currency in the webshop are approximate amounts. The amount your bank will charge you in your local currency might differ due to your Bank’s exchange rate. You might also be charged by your bank for bank transfers or credit card payments.
• Do not store the machine with a fully discharged battery!

• The machines come with the tools needed for assembling.
• The assembly and other manuals are available on our website at a password protected page. We share this information with our customers on the final invoice.
• The ergometer is not waterproof, avoid moisture.
• The proximity to the sea and salty air causes rusting and speeds up the rusting process.
